El Abrazo Tango Club @ the CCA - Glasgow
Presents the Glasgow Tango Studio Summer Ball
with live music from the Scottish Tango Ensemble.
Friday 24th
8.30 - 11.30pm
DJ to be announced.
Dancing from 8.30 pm to 11.30 pm
Milonga Entry £12 for dancers, £7 non dancers.
Just pay at the door on the night.
Venue:
Centre for Contemporary Arts. 350 Sauchiehall St. Glasgow
Upstairs in CCA 5.
Scottish Tango Ensemble
Tango Milonga at Glasgow's CCA has the reputation of being
both a relaxed and fun evening, taking place upstairs in CCA 5.
The music will usually range from golden era to contemporary arrangements
of those traditional tunes, nuevo and alternative. All will be suitable for dancing
tango at a milonga. There is a bar next to CCA 5 and the café downstairs.
From time to time we organize special events before or during
the milonga such as a tango class, tango related films, lectures,
live music, or performances by visiting teachers.
